Materials Characterization Lab (MCL) Move Nearly Complete
The MCL move is nearly complete to the new Millennium Science Complex on campus. All but a few of the equipment items in the basement characterization suite are back online and available for use; however, installation engineers and technical staff are still working to get a few of the equipment items online in the new location. Please consult the RIMS equipment calendar to check the online/offline status and timing for equipment items in the facility.
The remaining MCL equipment moving to the MSC (dielectric, sintering furnaces, etc.) will be moved in the next few months as the labs and utilities are ready.
